Again, thank you for choosing to visit the Salem Collection Archives.  This is my way to share the items in my private collection that I started in 1997. Most of the items you have views are gathered from all points of the USA and Canada many of which come from eastern Massachusetts, largely from eBay. But others are yard and rummage sales. I can’t remember exactly which the first piece I bought was but the first two were the Tercentenary medal with the ribbon and the Salem State Normal School postcard.

The web site went on line February 6, 2004.

The collections focus is "Preserving the past and present for the future".  After all if we were to forget modern items then they could be lost for all time, and that's one thing no one can afford to have that happen.
